The mortgage industry runs on three things: people who are deeply expert, software that is decades old, and paper that should have been data by now. Processors absorb the friction between all three. That friction is what limits the volume any one team can carry.
What Adeft is
Adeft Intake is the front door for wholesale loan files. Today it classifies, extracts, organizes, and prepares every file, with a licensed processor reviewing the work and approving every outbound action. The split is deliberate: the software does the grunt work, you stay the expert. The releases ahead will hand more of the repetitive execution, like document chasing, service orders, and package prep, to agents, with a human approving every outbound action.
We are not a loan origination system, not a CRM, not a document-AI wrapper. We sit next to the systems you already use and orchestrate across them.
What we’re not
- We’re not autonomous AI. No outbound action leaves without your sign-off.
- We’re not a 6-month implementation. You can start with Adeft Intake without a long rollout.
- We’re not building a model. We’re building the surface where your work happens. The model is implementation detail and changes when it has to.
Who this is for
Processors who want to handle the brokers they’ve had to turn away, without staffing up to do it. If that sounds familiar, the Founding Program is open.
We’ll be writing more here as we build with our design partners and learn what actually moves the needle. Subscribe to the GA waitlist to be reachable.
